The Ministry reviewed the results of financial and economic activities of subordinate institutions for the first half of 2020
Today, the Ministry held a meeting of the balance sheet commission on the results of the financial and economic activities of subordinate institutions for the first half of 2020. The meeting was held in the videoconference mode under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov. The event was attended by the heads of the structural divisions of the Ministry Azat Kurbanov, Chulpan Bulatova, head-foresters of forest districts and directors of the forestry enterprises.
During the meeting, the heads of subordinate institutions reported to Rais Gumerov on the work done for 6 months of this year, the main financial results and indicators.
Summing up the results of the meeting, the Deputy Minister dwelled on issues of production of marketable products, performance of work and provision of services, supply of timber to enterprises of the republic and effective operation of equipment. He reminded the participants of the Order of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan R.A. Kuzyurov about the need to develop a plan to increase the efficiency of the financial and economic activities of institutions. “Analyze what services you can provide to enterprises and organizations in municipal districts, said Rais Gumerov. - It is also necessary to keep under constant control the issues of repayment of arrears in tax payments to the budget and insurance premiums, as well as salary payments. Our main wealth is people, therefore the main priority is to create favorable working conditions and protect the health of employees”.
