In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 7 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.05.2008 No. 22-ZRT “On the use of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan”, if necessary, citizens can harvest for their own needs:
- once every 25 years up to 100 cubic meters of timber for the construction of a house and outbuildings;
- once every 10 years up to 50 cubic meters of wood for home renovation and outbuildings;
- once a year up to 20 cubic meters of wood per farm for space heating, while there are no benefits for the allocation of wood.
