Today, the Forestry Department for the Volga Federal District discussed issues of debt collection to the federal budget for the 1st half of 2020. The meeting was chaired by the acting head of the department Sergey Kovalev.
The event was attended by representatives of forestry management bodies of the Volga Federal District, including from the Republic of Tatarstan - Deputy Minister of Forestry of the RT Rais Gumerov, Heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Forestry of the RT Azat Kurbanov and Alexey Mosunov.
After the end of the meeting in accordance with the procedure for the functioning of the headquarters for the coordination of activities to extinguish forest fires in the federal districts, approved by order of the Federal Forestry Agency of March 20, 2017 No. 121 “On headquarters for the coordination of forest fire extinguishing activities in the federal districts”, a meeting of the headquarters coordination of activities to extinguish forest fires in the Volga Federal District.
Fire safety in the forests of Tatarstan is ensured by 20 type II forest fire stations and 5 type III forest fire stations. Space, aviation and ground monitoring of the fire hazardous situation in the forests is being carried out, in addition, a set of measures is being taken for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests.
