The staff of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan expresses sincere condolences to family and friends in connection with the death of Arkady Ilyich Karmakov.
We grieve with you. Arkady Ilyich was a highly qualified specialist, responsible, proactive, kind and responsive person. He made an invaluable contribution to the development of forestry in the Republic of Tatarstan, the development of a system of forest protection measures, a set of measures for growing oak, etc.
Karmakov Arkady Ilyich (05/01/1939 - 08/23/2020) has devoted more than 40 years to the forestry industry. He worked at such posts as the assistant forester of the Almetyevsk forestry enterprise, the district forester of the Bersutsky forestry of the Kamsky forestry enterprise, the senior engineer-forest pathologist, the interdistrict senior inspector of the department of state control and forest protection of the Ministry of Forestry of the TASSR. For selfless work and dedication to his work, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Forestry of the TASSR, signs “For saving and increasing the forest resources of the RSFSR”, “XL years of service in the state forest guard of the Russian Federation”, etc.
