Today the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov. The event was attended by Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov, business manager Elmira Shagaeva, employees of the Ministry, heads of forestry and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov made a keynote speech. He said that as of August 26 this year. in the Republic of Tatarstan, work was carried out on forest pathological examination on an area of 14.2 thousand hectares, sanitary and recreational measures - on an area of 2.2 thousand hectares, incl. harvesting illiquid timber - by 1.5 thousand hectares. The plan for carrying out forest pathological examination was fulfilled by specialists from Menzelinsky, Mamadyshsky, Prigorodny, Alkeevsky, Aznakaevsky, Cheremshansky, Agryzsky, Zainsky, Kzyl-Yulduzsky, Sabinsky, Tetyushsky and Lubyansky forestry enterprises. Among the leaders in the implementation of sanitary and recreational activities are employees of the Kaleikinsky, Kzyl-Yulduz, Leninogorsky, Tetyushsky, Cheremshansky, Mamadyshsky, Aznakaevsky, Isleitarsky, Kamsky and Laishevsky forestry enterprises.
Ilgizar Zaripov instructed the heads of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry to intensify work in this direction. “One of our main tasks is to reduce the area of forest plantations affected by unfavorable weather conditions and soil and climatic factors,” he stressed.
Also, within the framework of the meeting, the results of the admissions campaign in 2020 at the Lubyanka Forestry College and the issues of increasing the wages of forestry workers were considered.
“Thanks to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, a decision was made to allocate funds from the republican budget for additional payments to the salaries of employees of state treasury institutions - forestry. Thus, from this year the average salary will increase by 36%, and from 2021 - by 72%. We hope that these measures will help to retain specialists in the industry,” concluded Ilgizar Zaripov.
