Further, within the framework of the working trip, the minister examined the basic forest nursery of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky forestry”, located in quarter 31 of the Usinsky district forestry of the Menzelinsky forestry. The head-forester Ilnar Akhmetgaliev said that this year on the territory of the forestry, work was carried out on planting forest crops on an area of 141 hectares, laying protective forest plantations - on 27 hectares, promoting natural reforestation - on 10 hectares, sowing seeds in nurseries - on 1 ha.
There, the minister met with the staff of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinskoye forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky forestry”. During the meeting, the results of the work performed on the protection, protection and reproduction of forests for 8 months of 2020 were discussed and the tasks for the coming period were outlined.
