Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov made a working trip to the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district.
There he took part in the grand opening of a cooperative “shop without a seller” in the village, Kyzyl-Yulduz forestry. “Shop without a seller” is a point of sale without service personnel, which are familiar to buyers: sellers, security guards and cash registers. The store is powered by artificial intelligence and face recognition systems. Only pre-registered customers can make purchases in such a store. Access to the store's sales area is carried out through the face recognition system, and payment for the goods selected by the buyer is debited from the bank card automatically.
“This year, the Rybno-Slobodsky district became the launching pad for the implementation of the republican project “Digital Village”. Of course, the future belongs to such stores. I sincerely congratulate you on the opening of this facility,” said Ravil Kuzyurov.
The villagers were also congratulated by the head of the Executive Committee of the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district, Roman Islanov, and the authorized person for artificial intelligence technologies in Tatarstan, general director of Digital Cooperation LLC Bulat Zamaliev.
