Today the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov took part in such a meeting of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Agryz forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Agryz forestry”. He said that over the past period on the territory of the forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 110 hectares, the creation of protective forest plantations ‒ on 17.5 hectares, agrotechnical care for forest crops ‒ 464 hectares. As part of a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, 130 km of new mineralized belts were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 255 km were maintained.
“At present, harvesting of seeds of forest plants continues. To date, 10 kg of seeds have been harvested. In the near future we will start preparing soil plots for next year's crops,” said Vladimir Ishmuratov.
First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov summed up the meeting. He gave a positive assessment of the activities of subordinate institutions and instructed employees to strengthen control over the identification and prevention of violations of forestry legislation.
Ilgizar Zaripov also assessed the quality of planting forest crops in quarter 103 and thinning in young stands in quarter 111 of the Sharshadinsky district forestry of the Agryz forestry.
