Specialists of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kamsky forestry” carry out work on the care of crops in the basic forest nursery. “Our nursery is located in quarter 46 of the Bersutsky district forestry of the Kamsky forestry, its area is 5.6 hectares. To grow high-quality planting material, you need to make a lot of efforts, ‒ says the deputy director of the forestry enterprise Yuri Bochkov. ‒ This is regular watering, loosening the soil, combating weeds, applying mineral fertilizers and spraying against diseases and pests. These works are continuing now. So, currently, crops are being taken care of in 2018, 2019 and 2020. 4 people are involved.”
“Along with this, we have started preparing soil plots for forest crops in 2021. In total, such work is to be carried out on an area of 105 hectares,” added Yuri Bochkov.
