Trees were planted in the Rybno-Slobodsky district of the republic as part of the All-Russian campaign “Save the forest”

In the village Stepanovka, Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, trees have been planted as part of the All-Russian campaign “Save the forest”. The event was attended by employees of the Shumbutsky district forestry of GKU RT “Kamsky forestry” and representatives of the ANO Assembly of tourist volunteers. All in all, they planted 50 European spruce seedlings.

Let us remind you that the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest” started on August 26, 2020. The action is held with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Forestry Agency, the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation, the All-Russian People's Front (“Youth of the ONF”). Its goal is to plant 40 million trees. Particular attention will be paid to the regions most affected by forest fires: Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Yugra, Krasnoyarsk Krai and Irkutsk Oblast.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, a mass planting of trees within the framework of the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest” took place on September 26 this year. As a result, 1.2 million pieces of seedlings were planted on an area of ​​over 300 hectares.
