Trees were planted in the Mamadyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest”
In the Mamadyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, trees were planted as part of the All-Russian campaign “Save the forest”. The events were held on the territory of the MBDOU Kindergarten No. 5 “Belekach” and the MBDOU Kindergarten No. 12 “Leissen” in Mamadysh. The employees of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Mamadyshsky forestry”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Mamadyshsky district forestry”, teachers and pupils of preschool educational institutions took part in planting trees.
On the territory of the kindergarten “Belekach” were planted 20 pieces of rowan seedlings, of the kindergarten “Leissen” ‒ 30 pieces of spruce, rowan and linden seedlings.
“We plan to hold such actions in a number of preschool educational institutions, because this is a great opportunity to tell children about the importance of a careful attitude to nature,” said Akhat Khasanov, head of the Mamadyshsky Forestry State Public Institution of Tatarstan.
Let us remind you that the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest” started on August 26, 2020. Its goal is to plant 40 million trees. The action is carried out with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Forestry Agency, the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation and the All-Russian People's Front (ONF Youth).
In total, in the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest”, more than 1.2 million pieces of seedlings were planted on an area of over 300 hectares.
