Tree planting continues in the republic within the framework of the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest”
In the Republic of Tatarstan, tree planting continues in the framework of the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest”. So, at the end of last week, the event was organized on the territory of the forest fund in quarter 96 of the Stolbishchensky district forestry of the Prigorodny forestry. The participants of the action were the employees of the district forestry and the Branch of the National Bank for the Republic of Tatarstan of the Volgo-Vyatka head office of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. In total, they planted 2,500 pine and spruce seedlings.
Also, the event was held on the territory of MADOU Kindergarten No. 1 “Rodnichok” in Nurlat. Specialists of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Nurlatsky forestry” and kindergarten teachers took part in planting trees.
Let us remind you that the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest” started on August 26, 2020. Its goal is to plant 40 million trees. The action is carried out with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Forestry Agency, the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation and the All-Russian Popular Front (“Youth of the ONF”).
In total, in the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the All-Russian campaign “Save the Forest”, more than 1.2 million pieces of seedlings have been planted on an area of over 300 hectares.
