The Ministry considered the possibility of providing public services in electronic form

Today, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting on the development of a mechanism for the provision of state services by the Ministry in electronic form. The event was attended by First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gismyatov, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry.

Opening the meeting, Ilgizar Zaripov noted that the Ministry faces the task of transferring two state services to electronic format by the end of this year. “This is the acceptance of forest declarations and reports on the use of forests from citizens, legal entities that use forests and the provision of extracts from the state forest register, he said. The remaining 6 services are planned to be digitized in 2021”.

Further, a discussion and exchange of views took place on the effectiveness of transferring public services into electronic form, possible risks, the availability of a technical feasibility of implementing this process, etc.
