For reference. Ecological holiday “Tit’s Day” is celebrated in the Russian Federation annually on November 12.
On this day, residents of different settlements of the country are preparing to meet the “winter guests” ‒ birds that remain for the winter in Russian regions: tits, goldfinches, bullfinches, jays, tap dancers, waxwings. They prepare food for them, including “treats for tits”: unsalted bacon, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, make and hang feeders.
