The Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan is working on updating these registers for planning forest protection measures for 2021
The branch of FBU “Roslesozashchita” “Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan” is working on updating the data contained in the register of forest areas occupied by damaged and dead plantings in the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. All information received from the subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan ‒ forestries, before being included in the register, are checked for compliance with ground-based observations of the sanitary and forest pathological state of forests, ISDM-Rosleskhoz and remote sensing.
Currently, forestry plans are being drawn up for forest protection measures for 2021, taking into account the updated data of the state forest pathological monitoring. “Correctly appointed measures will improve the sanitary and forest pathological state of the republic’s forest resources,” say the specialists of the Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
