Chairperson of the primary trade union organization Natalya Tyukaeva made a presentation at a meeting of the presidium of the republican committee of the trade union of workers of state institutions and public services of the Russian Federation
The III Meeting of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation was held today at the Palace of Labor. At this meeting, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the organizational work department Natalya Tyukaeva made a presentation.
During her speech, Natalya Tyukaeva reported on the work of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry in 2019 and 2020. She spoke about the competitions held, sports, cultural events, implemented measures of social support for trade union members, etc.
“Today the primary trade union organization of the Ministry consists of 61 people, of which 26 are young people under 35. Trade union coverage is 100%, ‒ said Natalya Tyukaeva. ‒ Members of the trade union who actively participate in the events are awarded certificates of honor and gratitude from the republican organization of the trade union. We also pay special attention to veterans who worked for the benefit of the development of the republic's forestry complex. Every year, in honor of the Day of Forest Workers, the International Day of Older Persons, employees of the Ministry and subordinate institutions visit veterans and present them with gifts.”
In addition, the chairman of the primary trade union organization elaborated on the complex of measures being implemented to protect labor and prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19.
“We still have many tasks ahead. I am sure that by joint efforts we will be able to achieve them and achieve great results,” concluded Natalya Tyukaeva.
