For 11 months of 2020, the state forest inspectors of the republic drew up 929 protocols on administrative offenses
The results of the implementation of the federal state forest supervision (forest protection) and the federal state fire supervision in forests on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for 11 months of 2020 have been summed up. So, during this period, state forest inspectors carried out 19.4 thousand patrols of the lands of the forest fund of the republic, 929 reports on administrative offenses were drawn up.
The most frequent offenses were violations of the terms of contracts by users of forest areas, sanitary and fire safety rules in forests.
Along with this, 1,352 pieces of warnings were issued on the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and requirements established by municipal legal acts in terms of the forest legislation of the Russian Federation.
