At the meeting in the videoconference mode, the results of the project to optimize and prepare the transfer of services to digital form in the ministries and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed
Today, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic hosted a videoconference meeting on the results of the project to optimize and prepare the digitalization of services in the ministries and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by representatives of ministries and executive committees of municipal districts, incl. from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan ‒ First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During the meeting, the stages of transferring public services to electronic format, possible risks, etc. were discussed.
First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov made a report at this meeting. He said that the Ministry plans to digitize 8 public services, including the provision of extracts from the state forest register, the conclusion of contracts for the sale and purchase of forest plantations for the citizens' own needs, the acceptance of forest declarations and reports on the use of forests from citizens, legal entities, state expertise on a forest development project, etc.
“In the second half of 2020, a detailed analysis of each service was carried out in order to reduce the number of procedures, the number of documents to be submitted and the terms of service provision, ‒ noted Ilgizar Zaripov. ‒ For example, if the Geoinformation system of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is improved, the process of issuing extracts from the state forest register can be reduced by 1.5 times and 7 stages can be excluded.”
“To achieve the planned results, it is necessary to implement in the short term the introduction of electronic approval of documents and the possibility of signing them with an electronic signature. The next step will be the finalization of the AVERS system, GIS of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan or the transition to a different accounting system,” added the first deputy minister.
