Ilgizar Zaripov made a presentation at the meeting on the implementation of indicators characterizing the achievement of national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030
Today in Kazan a meeting of the working group on the creation and functioning of the distributed situational center of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The meeting was held via videoconference under the chairmanship of Rifkat Minnikhanov, director of the State Budgetary Institution “Road Safety”, deputy head of the working group. The event was attended by representatives of ministries and departments of the republic, including from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan ‒ deputy ministers Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov and heads of structural divisions.
Within the framework of the meeting, its participants reported on the calculations of federal indicators characterizing the achievement of the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 in the Republic of Tatarstan. One of the speakers was the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During his speech, Ilgizar Zaripov spoke about the calculation of the federal indicator “The ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cut and dead forest stands” and the procedure for generating the initial data for its calculation. In particular, he said that the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology” has been implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan since 2019, the state program “Development of Forestry in the Republic of Tatarstan” ‒ since 2014. The federal project established the achievement of 1 indicator, the state program ‒ 36 indicators. “A number of indicators of the state program have a direct or indirect connection with the federal indicator,” said the first deputy minister.
According to him, the methodology for calculating the federal indicator “The ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cleared and dead forest stands” involves taking into account the area of reforestation and afforestation, the area of forest retirement as a result of clear felling of mature, over-mature stands and clear sanitary felling, as well as the area of dead forest plantings.
“According to the results of work in 2019, the value of the federal indicator “The ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cut and dead forest stands” was 67.6%. This year we have exceeded the plan and reached 179%, ‒ added Ilgizar Zaripov. ‒ In the future, there are no problems and risks to achieve this indicator.”
