Rosleskhoz discussed issues of digital transformation of the forestry complex
Today, the Federal Forestry Agency hosted a videoconference meeting on digital transformation of the forestry complex. It was chaired by Ivan Sovetnikov, deputy head of Rosleskhoz. The meeting was attended by representatives of forest management bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, incl. from the Republic of Tatarstan ‒ First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During the meeting, issues of digitalization of forestry in the Russian Federation were discussed. In particular, Ivan Sovetnikov, deputy head of Rosleskhoz, said that from July 1, 2021, the acceptance of forest declarations by state authorities will be carried out exclusively in electronic form through unified portals of state and municipal services.
Let us remind you that the forest declaration is a statement on the use of forests in accordance with the forest development project. The forest declaration is submitted annually at least 10 days before the start of the expected period of use of the forests. The validity of this document is no more than 12 months from the date of the beginning of the expected period of use of the forests.
