The Ministry considered the results of the work of the Buinsky and Tetyushsky forestries in 2020
Today, the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting on the topic “On the results of the work of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan ”Buinsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinskoye forestry enterprise” in 2020 and tasks for 2021. Review of the implementation of the collective agreement for 2020”. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by the head of the Buinsky municipal district Ranis Kamartdinov, the head-forester Ilnar Gataullin, the director of the forestry enterprise Sergey Kirillov, representatives of the district executive committee, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district administration of agriculture and food, the heads of rural settlements.
The meeting was opened by the head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov and announced the rules of procedure.
Then the head of the district Ranis Kamartdinov and the head-forester Ilnar Gataullin made reports. Ranis Kamartdinov dwelled on the environmental actions carried out in 2020, the progress of achieving the indicator “Degree of greening of settlements” of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030 and interaction with the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinsky forestry enterprise”.
Ilnar Gataullin reported on the work carried out for the protection, protection and reproduction of forests. He said that in 2020, on the territory of the Buinsky forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 36 hectares, laying protective forest plantations ‒ on 67 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops ‒ 270 hectares, supplementing forest crops ‒ 18 hectares, sowing seeds in the baseline forest nursery ‒ 0.2 hectares. 200 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 254 thousand pieces were grown of standard planting material.
Forest pathological examination was carried out on an area of 298 hectares, sanitary and recreational activities ‒ on 30 hectares.

Ravil Kuzyurov instructed specialists to strengthen control over the detection and prevention of violations of forest legislation and preparation for the fire hazardous season in forests. “In addition, I ask you to pay special attention to the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2016 No. 807, ‒ the minister said, addressing the heads of rural settlements. ‒ In accordance with this document, from the day the snow cover melts, it is necessary to clean the area adjacent to the forest from dry herbaceous vegetation, crop residues, deadwood, felling residues, garbage and other combustible materials, or to separate the forest with a fire-fighting mineralized strip or other fire barrier.”
The same meeting was held today following the results of the work of the Tetyushsky Forestry State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tetyushsky Forestry Enterprise State Budgetary Institution of RT. Its participants were the head of the Tetyushsky municipal district Ramis Safiullov, the head-forester Ranil Rakhmatullin, the director of the forestry enterprise Rais Khalitov and others.
During his speech, Ranil Rakhmatullin said that within the framework of the federal state forest supervision (forest protection) in 2020, 374 patrols of the forest lands of the forestry were carried out and 30 reports on administrative offenses were drawn up. In order to ensure fire safety in the forests, 20 km of new fire-prevention mineralized belts were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 119 km were maintained.
