The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov held meetings on the results of the work of the Bilyarsky and Bolgarsky forestries in 2020
Today, a videoconference meeting was held at the Ministry, at which the results of the work of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bilyarsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bilyarsky forestry enterprise” in 2020 were discussed and tasks for 2021 were outlined. It was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by the head of the Alekseevsky municipal district Sergey Demidov, the head-forester Ramil Nurullin, the director of the forestry enterprise Alexander Ruzanov, representatives of the district executive committee, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district agricultural administration, and the heads of rural settlements.
Minister Ravil Kuzyurov opened the meeting and announced the rules of procedure.
Then the head of the district Sergey Demidov and the head-forester Ramil Nurullin spoke.
Sergei Demidov spoke about the interaction with the subordinate institutions of the Ministry and thanked the leadership of the republic for the support and assistance provided. “We are sincerely grateful to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov and you, Ravil Afraimovich, for your attention to the industry. The park of equipment is being systematically updated, and this year the building of the forestry will be repaired under the republican program,” he said.
Ramil Nurullin reported on the work performed in 2020. “Within the framework of the federal project “Preservation of forests” of the national project “Ecology”, reforestation works were carried out on the territory of Bilyarsky forestry on an area of 389 hectares. Also, 290 kg of seeds of forest plants were harvested and 662 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown,” said the head-forester.
According to him, forest pathological examination was carried out on an area of 525 hectares, sanitary and recreational activities ‒ on 15 hectares.
After listening to the report, Ravil Kuzyurov gave the specialists a number of instructions related to the improvement of the sanitary state of forest plantations, the implementation of federal state forest supervision (forest protection), the production of sawn timber and consumer goods. “Special attention should be paid to the issues of preparation for the fire hazardous season in the forests and explanatory work among the population on the observance of fire safety rules in forests,” the minister stressed.
The same meeting was held today following the results of the work of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bolgarsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bolgarsky forestry enterprise”. Its participants were the head of the Spassky municipal district Fargat Mukhametov, the head-forester Dmitry Zarifullin, the director of the forestry Khaidar Khabibullin and others.
During his speech, Dmitry Zarifullin dwelled on the results of the fulfillment of the state assignment for the implementation of a set of works for the protection, protection and reproduction of forests, the activities of school forestries, environmental actions and plans for 2021. “Currently, preparations are underway for the fire hazardous season in forests. Our employees are actively speaking with reports on fire-fighting topics at gatherings of citizens of rural settlements,” said Dmitry Zarifullin.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov outlined a number of tasks related to the identification and prevention of violations of forestry legislation and the effective operation of equipment.
