At the meeting, the directions of joint work of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and PJSC TATNEFT were discussed via videoconference
Today, the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting on the reforestation of PJSC TATNEFT in 2021. The event was attended by the head of the department of forest reproduction and afforestation Timur Galiev, the heads of forestry departments, directors of forestry enterprises, the head of the department of environmental protection and ecological safety of PJSC TATNEFT Petr Kubarev, and others.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of interaction between the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and PJSC TATNEFT, the supply of standard planting material, the creation of new forest plantations on the territory of the forest fund and agricultural lands, and the work on agrotechnical care of forest crops.
It is expected that in 2021, at the initiative of PJSC TATNEFT, by the efforts of specialists from subordinate institutions of the Ministry ‒ forestry enterprises, forest plantations will be laid on an area of 1.6 thousand hectares.
