The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov outlined the main tasks for the Menzelinsky and Bugulminsky forestries for 2021
Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov held a meeting on the results of the work of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky forestry enterprise” in 2020. The discussion was attended by the head of the Menzelinsky municipal district Aydar Salakhov, the head-forester Ilnar Akhmetgaliev, the director of the forestry enterprise Aydar Khaliullin, representatives of the executive committee of the district, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district agricultural administration, and the heads of rural settlements.
Minister Ravil Kuzyurov opened the meeting and announced the rules of procedure.
In his welcoming speech, the head of the district, Aydar Salakhov, focused on interaction with the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky forestry enterprise”, the implementation of the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology”, environmental actions, environmental education and upbringing of the younger generation. “I would also like to thank the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgaliyevich Minnikhanov and you, Ravil Afraimovich, for the support provided. Under various programs, the park of forestry and forestry equipment is systematically updated, and in 2020 the level of wages of workers in the industry was significantly increased,” he said.
The main report on the results of the fulfillment of the state assignment for the implementation of a complex of works on the protection, protection and reproduction of forests was made by the head-forester Ilnar Akhmetgaliev. He said that in 2020, on the territory of the Menzelinsky forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 165 hectares, laying protective forest plantations on 27 hectares, agrotechnical care for forest crops ‒ 1408 hectares, supplementing forest crops ‒ 150 hectares. “Also, 263 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were procured (132% of the plan) and 1570 thousand pieces of standard planting material (178%) were grown,” Ilnar Akhmetgaliev said.
As part of a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, 30 km of new fire-prevention mineralized belts were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 320 km were maintained.
“Also, in 2020, state forest inspectors conducted 810 patrols of the forest fund lands of the forestry and compiled 38 protocols on administrative violations,” added the head-forester.
The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the work of subordinate institutions in 2020. “Thank you for your conscientious work and dedication to your work, ‒ the minister said. ‒Among the tasks for the coming period are increasing the efficiency of federal state forest supervision and intensified preparation for the fire hazardous season in forests.”
The same meeting was held today following the results of the activities of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminsky forestry enterprise”. Its participants were the head of the Bugulma municipal district Linar Zakirov, the head forester Gulnara Mukhametkhanova, the director of the forestry enterprise Sagid Abdullin and others.
Gulnara Mukhametkhanova reported on the work performed in 2020. She informed the participants in detail about the control and supervisory, sanitary and recreational activities, environmental actions, the progress of the movement of school forestries, etc.
Summing up the results of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions to employees of subordinate institutions related to the implementation of the regional project “Preservation of Forests”, prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation, ensuring fire safety in forests and digitalization of the forest complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
