The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov held meetings on the results of the work of the Yelabuzhsky and Zainsky forestries in 2020
Today, the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting, at which the results of the work of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Yelabuzhsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Yelabuzhsky forestry enterprise” in 2020 were discussed and the tasks for 2021 were outlined. It was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by the head of the Elabuzhsky municipal district Rustem Nuriyev, the head-forester Ramis Gilaziev, the director of the forestry enterprise Minnegayan Mukhametzyanov, representatives of the district executive committee, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district agricultural administration, and the heads of rural settlements.
Minister Ravil Kuzyurov opened the meeting and announced the rules of procedure.
Then the head of the district Rustem Nuriyev and the head-forester Ramis Gilaziev spoke.
Rustem Nuriyev dwelled on interaction with the subordinate institutions of the Ministry, Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry LLC, ongoing environmental actions, etc. “We work very closely with our forestry organizations, including in terms of landscaping and landscaping of cities and towns, cleaning dead, “emergency” trees, ‒ he noted. ‒ I would like to sincerely thank the leadership of the republic and you, Ravil Afraimovich, for the support and assistance provided”.
Ramis Gilaziev delivered the keynote speech. He recalled that today the total area of the forest fund of the Yelabuzhsky forestry is 29 thousand hectares. The structure includes 3 divisional forestries ‒ Mortovsky, Mendeleevsky and Tatarstansky.
“In 2020, on the territory of the forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 58 hectares, the creation of protective forest plantations on 60 hectares, ‒ said the head-forester. ‒ 220 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were procured and 626 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown.”
Also, within the framework of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, environmental actions “Garden of Memory”, “Save the Forest”, 24 thousand pieces of coniferous and deciduous seedlings were planted on an area of 21.7 hectares.
In the course of the implementation of a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, 150 km of new fire-prevention mineralized belts were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 100 km were cared for, 12 notices and posters on fire-fighting topics were installed and over 450 pieces of information leaflets were distributed.
“This year, all employees need to strengthen control over the detection of violations of forest legislation and ensuring sanitary safety in forests,” concluded Ramis Gilaziev.
The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov thanked the employees of the forestry and the forestry for their hard work and loyalty to the chosen cause. “2021 is a significant year. We will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the state body for managing the forestry complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Lubyanka Forestry College. We also face other tasks to improve the efficiency of work on the protection, protection and reproduction of forests, to ensure the rational and continuous use of forest resources,” the minister stressed.
The same meeting was held today following the results of the activities of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Zainsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Zainsky forestry enterprise”. Its participants were the head of the Zainsk municipal district Razif Karimov, the head forester Irina Zabrodina, the director of the forestry enterprise Ranil Mukhammadiev, and others.
Irina Zabrodina reported on the work performed in 2020. She spoke about the results of the fulfillment of the state assignment for the implementation of a complex of works on the protection, protection and reproduction of forests, the activities of school forestries, environmental actions, etc. “Currently, preparations are underway for a fire hazardous season in forests, ‒ said Irina Zabrodina. ‒ This includes issuing warnings, meetings with the heads of rural settlements, forest users, as well as campaigning and preventive work among the population to comply with fire safety rules in forests.”
Summing up the results of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions to employees of subordinate institutions related to the implementation of the regional project “Preservation of Forests”, the prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation, the production of sawn timber and consumer goods.
