Employees of GBU RT “Aksubaevsky forestry” are preparing for the spring forestry season

In GBU RT “Aksubaevsky forestry” preparations are underway for the spring forest cultivation season of 2021. Currently, forestry workers are harvesting linden seeds for sowing in the nursery. “Linden seeds are usually harvested from October to March, ‒ said Marsel Muratshin, an engineer for reforestation of the State Institution of the RT “Aksubaevsky forestry”. ‒ Currently, work is being carried out in Aksubaevsky, Ibraikinsky and Cheboksarsky district forestries. The plan for harvesting seeds for each district forestry is 5-7 kilograms.”

“After that, the linden seeds will be sent for inspection to the Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan and sown this spring in the basic forest nursery,” added Marsel Muratshin.
