Yesterday, on February 3, gatherings of citizens of Zhukovsky, Bolsheshemyakinsky and Klyashevsky rural settlements of the Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Ranil Rakhmatullin, head-forester of the Tetyushsky forestry, Ranil Rakhmatullin, made a presentation on the preparations for the fire hazardous season in the forests of 2021.
In the course of his speech, the head-forester dwelled on the work carried out by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate institutions to prevent the occurrence of forest fires and recalled responsibility for violating fire safety requirements in forests. Thus, violation of fire safety rules in forests entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials ‒ up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities ‒ up to 200 thousand rubles.
“In addition, in accordance with the rules, it is necessary, in the period from the day of the snow cover melting, to ensure that the area adjacent to the forest is cleaned of dry grassy vegetation, crop residues, deadwood, felling residues, garbage and other combustible materials, or a different fire barrier,” Ranil Rakhmatullin added.
