Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov held a meeting on the results of the work of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Leninogorsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Leninogorsky forestry” in 2020. The discussion was attended by the head of the Leninogorsky municipal district Ryagat Khusainov, the head-forester Radiy Salikhov, representatives of the district executive committee, the district chamber of land and property relations, the regional agricultural administration, and the heads of rural settlements.

In his welcoming speech, the head of the district Ryagat Khusainov dwelled on interaction with the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Leninogorsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Leninogorsky forestry”. “We have a number of priority areas for joint activities. These include landscaping and landscaping of settlements in the region, laying of protective forest plantations, cleaning up the territory of the forest fund and many others. I am sure that by joint efforts we will be able to fulfill all these tasks,” he said.
The main report on the results of the fulfillment of the state assignment for the implementation of a set of works for the protection, protection and reproduction of forests was made by the head-forester Radiy Salikhov. He said that in 2020, on the territory of the Leninogorsk forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 125 hectares, the establishment of protective forest plantations ‒ on 20 hectares, agrotechnical care for forest crops ‒ 370 hectares, and the addition of forest crops ‒ 120 hectares. “Also 225 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were procured (129 % of the plan) and 729 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown (112 %),” said Radiy Salikhov.
As part of the complex of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, 125 km of new fire-prevention mineralized belts were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 518 km were maintained.
“Also, in 2020, state forest inspectors conducted more than 1,100 patrols of the forest fund lands of the forestry and drew up 41 protocols on administrative violations,” added the head-forester.
The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov thanked the leadership of the district and the heads of rural settlements for the fruitful joint work. Along with this, he gave the employees a number of instructions, stressing the need to increase the efficiency of the financial and economic activities of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Leninogorsky forestry”. “In 2021, an action plan should be developed to improve the financial condition of the leshoz and ensure the fulfillment of all targets for the production of marketable products and the provision of services,” the minister said.
