Today Fanil Akhmadullin, head of the lease relations department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, gave a lecture on the topic “Organization of an apiary on the lands of the forest fund. Lease relations” for the participants of the courses for raising the qualifications of beekeepers under the program “Improving the efficiency of beekeeping development”. These courses are held on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Tatar Institute for Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel”.
Fanil Akhmadullin acquainted the audience with the rules of using forests for agriculture, the specifics of concluding lease agreements for forest areas, providing reports on the use of forests, etc. “Individuals and legal entities can use forests for agriculture only on condition of concluding a lease agreement for forest areas, ‒ he noted. ‒ Citizens for the purpose of carrying out agricultural activities (including beekeeping) for their own needs can register forest plots for free use.”
Fanil Akhmadullin also dwelled on fire safety rules in forests and measures of responsibility for their violation.
