Forestry specialists interact with municipal administrations in matters of forest conservation, protection and reproduction
Forestry specialists interact with the administrations of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in matters of forest protection, protection and reproduction. For example, Rustem Ismagilov, head-forester of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Privolzhsky forestry”, made a presentation at a meeting with the participation of the head of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district Marat Ziatdinov, heads of institutions, organizations and enterprises of the region.
In the course of his speech, Rustem Ismagilov reported on the work carried out last year for the protection, protection and reproduction of forests. In particular, he said that on the territory of the Privolzhsky forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 28 hectares, laying protective forest plantations on 20 hectares, agrotechnical care for forest crops ‒ 150 hectares, supplementing forest crops ‒ 45 hectares.
“One of the most important directions of our activity is to prevent the occurrence of forest fires, ‒ said the head-forester. ‒ Currently, preparations for the 2021 fire season are in full swing. This includes issuing warnings, meetings with heads of rural settlements, forest users, as well as campaigning and preventive work among the population to comply with fire safety rules in forests.”
