Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Arsky municipal district. There he held a meeting on the topic “On the results of the work of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky forestry enterprise” in 2020 and tasks for 2021. Review of the implementation of the collective agreement for 2020”.
The meeting took place in the city of Arsk in the administration building. It was attended by the head of the municipal district Ilshat Nuriyev, representatives of the executive committee of the district, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district administration of agriculture and food, employees of the forestry, forestry, heads of rural settlements.
The main report at the meeting was made by the head-forester Shamil Khairullin. He recalled that today the total area of the forest fund of the Arsky forestry is 32.2 thousand hectares, incl. covered with forest ‒ 30.6 thousand hectares. The structure includes 3 divisional forestries ‒ Baltasinsky, Surnarsky and Tukaysky.
“In 2020, on the territory of the forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 126 hectares and the establishment of protective forest plantations on 85 hectares. 85.5 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 1.8 million pieces of standard planting material were grown,” said Shamil Khairullin.
Forest pathological examination was carried out on an area of 359 hectares, sanitary and recreational activities ‒ on 81 hectares.
Shamil Khairullin also spoke about the control and supervision measures taken, environmental actions, preparations for the fire hazardous season in the forests of 2021, etc.
Further, the report was made by the chief economist of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky forestry”, chairman of the primary trade union organization Nadiya Ziganshina.
The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the work of subordinate institutions in 2020. “I thank everyone for their selfless work and dedication to their work, ‒ he said. ‒ Among the tasks for this year is the high-quality and timely execution of the state assignment for the implementation of a set of works for the protection, protection and reproduction of forests on the territory of the republic, increasing the efficiency of the federal state forest supervision.
At the end of the meeting, an award ceremony was held for distinguished forest workers. The specialists were awarded with certificates of honor from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, letters of thanks from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of the Arsky and Baltasinsky municipal districts, certificates of honor from the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky forestry enterprise”.
