The Ministry discussed the results of the work of the primary trade union organization in 2020
The reporting meeting of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today. The event was attended by Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov, Chief Specialist for Organizational Work of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation Elena Daletskaya, heads and specialists of structural divisions of the Ministry.
The main report at the meeting was made by the head of the department of organizational work of the Ministry, chairman of the primary trade union organization Natalya Tyukayeva. During her speech, she dwelled on the events and measures of social support implemented in 2020, interaction with the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation, labor protection issues, etc.
“Last year, the primary trade union organization held events dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day, International Women's Day, contests “Red Summer ‒ You Are the Most Beautiful”, “Forest is our wealth” and “Forest is our main interest”, ‒ Natalya Tyukaeva said. ‒ Also, special attention was paid to the veterans who worked for the benefit of the development of the forestry complex of the republic. We periodically inquired about the state of their affairs, whether they needed any help, congratulated the veterans on the holidays and presented gifts”.
Also, the chairman of the primary trade union organization spoke about the implemented set of measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19.
“The trade union is an important participant in the organization of effective social partnership, contributing to the formation of a healthy moral climate in the team. Therefore, in the future, we set ourselves the task of rallying the team, preserving 100% membership in the trade union, protecting the social and labor rights and professional interests of the employees of the Ministry,” concluded Natalya Tyukayeva.
Further, at the meeting, new members of the committee and the audit commission of the primary trade union organization, as well as the labor protection commissioner, were elected.
After that, Elena Daletskaya spoke, who informed those present about the main activities of the trade union organization ‒ human rights work, labor and health protection, etc.
First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov gave a positive assessment of the activities of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry in 2020. “The trade union has always been and remains a symbol of team cohesion. I wish success to all the elected members of the organization,” he said.
At the end of the meeting, an award ceremony was held for the distinguished members of the trade union organization of the Ministry.
