The Ministry discussed the preparation for a fire hazardous season in the forests in the Drozhzhanovsky and Apastovsky districts of the republic
Today, the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting on preparations for the fire hazardous season in the forests of 2021 on the territory of the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district. It was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by the head of the municipal district Marat Gafarov, the head-forester of the GKU RT “Buinsky forestry” Ilnar Gataullin, the district forester of the Drozhzhanovsky district forestry Sagid Makhmutov and others.
The meeting was opened by the head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov.
Then the head of the district Marat Gafarov and the head-forester of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinsky forestry” Ilnar Gataullin spoke.
During his speech, Marat Gafarov dwelled on the complex of measures being implemented to prevent the occurrence of fires and other emergencies, interaction with the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinsky forestry” and tasks for the coming period.
Ilnar Gataullin spoke about the work carried out in 2020 to ensure fire safety in the forests on the territory of the Drozhzhanovsky district forestry. Thus, within the framework of a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, work was carried out on the laying and renovation of fire-prevention mineralized belts with a total length of 24 km, reconstruction of fire-fighting roads ‒ 3.4 km.
“During the fire hazardous period, patrols of forest lands and active propaganda and explanatory work among the population were carried out, ‒ said Ilnar Gataullin. ‒ These events are planned for this year as well. To date, 3 warnings have been issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating fire safety requirements in forests.”
The results of the meeting were summed up by the head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. “In preparation for the fire hazardous season of 2021, we developed and approved the “Consolidated plan for extinguishing forest fires in the Republic of Tatarstan”, checked all type II and III forest fire stations, prolonged cooperation agreements, formed forest fire units, mobile fire extinguishing groups, ‒ noted minister. ‒ In general, the success of the fire-fighting campaign depends on the well-coordinated work and interaction of the Ministry, its subordinate institutions, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the executive authorities of municipal districts. Our common task is to prevent emergencies this year as well”.
The same meeting on the preparation for the fire hazardous season in the forests was held today with the participation of the head of the Apastovsky municipal district Ravil Khisamutdinov.

Further, the participants of the event discussed the issues of carrying out a set of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, the implementation of measures to prevent the occurrence of forest fires in the territory of the municipal district in 2021.
