Pupils of school forestries of Tetyushsky district learned about the importance of forest ecosystems in the Volga region
Tetyushsky municipal district was visited by Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Sabirov and a veteran who worked in the field of environmental protection, Honored Ecologist of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifkat Khuziev. They held talks with the pupils of the school forestry “Lesovichok” MBOU “Uryumsky Secondary School” and “Young Foresters” MBOU “Tetyushsky Tatar Secondary School”. The guests were accompanied by the district forester of the Uryumsky district forestry GKU RT “Tetyushsky forestry” Dmitry Toykin.
During meetings with students, Ayrat Sabirov made a short report on the topic “Preserving the sustainability of forests in the Volga region”. He spoke about the role of coastal forest ecosystems of the Volga region in the preservation of plant and soil diversity, types of forest biogeocenoses, etc.
