The Ministry considered the preparation for a fire hazardous season in the forests in Tyulyachinsky, Tukaevsky and Baltasinsky districts of Tatarstan
Today, the Ministry discussed issues of preparation for the fire hazardous season in the forests in the Tyulyachinsky municipal district. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov. The event, which was held in the videoconference mode, was attended by the head of the executive committee of the municipal district Ilnur Khamidullin, the head of the GKU RT “Kyzyl-Yulduzsky forestry” Niyaz Tazmeev, the director of the State budget institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kyzyl-Yulduzsky forestry enterprise” Albert Zakirov, heads of rural settlements.
The main report was made by the head-forester Niyaz Tazmeev. “Aryshsky and Tyulyachinsky district forestries of Kyzyl-Yulduzsky forestry are located on the territory of Tyulyachinsky district. The total area of the forest fund is 6353 hectares,” he said.
“For the most part, III (middle) class of fire hazard is observed on the territory of the district, ‒ added Niyaz Tazmeev. ‒ As part of the complex of measures for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests, this year, work will be carried out on the creation and renovation of fire-prevention mineralized belts, the reconstruction of fire-prevention roads, the installation of information boards and banners on fire-fighting topics and the improvement of recreation places for citizens staying in the forests.”
According to the head-forester, to date, 11 warnings have been issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Tyulyachinsky district about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, requirements established by municipal legal acts.
After listening to the report, First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov outlined a number of tasks related to forest fire propaganda and monitoring of the fire hazard in forests. “In matters of forest fire protection, well-coordinated work of all structures and organizations and prompt decision-making are very important,” he stressed.
Also, the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov held today meetings on the preparation for a fire hazardous season in forests in the Tukayevsky and Baltasinsky municipal districts.
The results of the work performed in 2020 to ensure fire safety in forests and plans for 2021 were reported by Ramis Gilaziev, head-forester of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Yelabuzhskoye Lesnichestvo" and Raushan Gaifutdinov, Deputy Head-Forester of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Arskoye Lesnichestvo".
During the meetings, issues of interdepartmental cooperation in the field of forest fire protection, a set of measures for fire-prevention arrangement of forests, etc. were discussed.
