Forestry enterprises of the republic were given forest fire equipment purchased within the framework of the national project “Ecology”
Today on the basis of the forest fire station GBU RT “Forest fire center” in the village Vysokaya Gora hosted a ceremony of handing over the keys from forest fire equipment and certificates for obtaining forest fire equipment to the heads of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov, the head of the Vysokogorsky municipal district Rustam Kalimullin, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, directors of the republic's forestry enterprises.
“On April 15, a fire hazardous season in the forests opened in the Republic of Tatarstan. I am sure that this technique will improve the equipment of forest fire stations and increase the efficiency of forest protection from fires, - said the head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. - In the coming period, I ask you to strengthen control over fire safety in forests, ensure timely implementation of a set of measures for fire safety in forests and continue explanatory work among the population on compliance with fire safety requirements in forests.”

In total, 18 units of equipment purchased under the regional project “Preservation of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology” were transferred to forestry enterprises. These are 13 units of small forest patrol complexes based on UAZ-390945, 5 units of universal forest fire complexes ULPK-4P and 58 units of fire-fighting equipment (high-pressure firefighting units, blowers, portable motor pumps, weather stations, etc.).
It should be reminded that in total in 2021, the federal budget allocated 187.2 million rubles for the implementation of the regional project “Preservation of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan”, incl. for the purchase of forest fire and forestry equipment - 99.1 million rubles.
During the year, 10 units of fire-fighting tankers AC-3.0-40 (GAZ-33086), 13 units of ALP-1 planting machines, 11 units of PKL-70 forest plows, 15 units of forest cultivators KLB- 1.7 and 190 units of fire-fighting equipment.
For reference. The regional project “Preservation of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan” within the framework of the federal project “Preservation of forests” of the national project “Ecology” began to be implemented in 2019. Its main goal is to ensure a balance of forest depletion and reproduction in a ratio of 100% by 2024. To achieve this goal, 2 target indicators have been established: “the ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cut and dead forest stands, %” and “damage from forest fires, million rubles”.
In 2019-2020 thanks to the national project “Ecology”, the fleet of equipment of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan was replenished with 66 units of silvicultural and 39 units of forest fire equipment. In addition, 159 units of fire-fighting equipment were purchased.
