Specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the Kazan Marathon
The capital of Tatarstan hosted the second day of the Kazan Marathon - 2021. More than 14 thousand people from 29 countries of the world, including Venezuela, South Africa, Ecuador, the USA, Mexico and Germany, took part in it. The specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan also joined the marathon.
Today the athletes have run distances of 10, 21.1 and 42.2 km, including handbikes. Traditionally, a very picturesque track was chosen with a view of the main attractions of the city, including the Kazan Kremlin, the Millennium Bridge, the Kremlin embankment, etc.
“I really love sports, I take part in the competitions of the Spartakiad of state officials of the Republic of Tatarstan and other competitions. The Kazan Marathon was no exception, - said Fanil Akhmadullin, head of the lease relations department of the Ministry. - I think that everyone should go in for sports. Regular physical activity helps to strengthen and maintain health, and reduces the risk of developing various diseases.”
