The nature conservation action “March of Parks” is being held in the republic
In the Republic of Tatarstan, the International Environmental Action “March for Parks – 2021” is being held.
“March of Parks” is an international action to support specially protected natural areas (PAs) of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. Its goal is to attract the attention of the authorities, the media, business, and the whole society to the problems of protected areas, provide them with real practical assistance, awaken in the minds of compatriots a sense of pride in our natural and cultural heritage.
As part of the March for Parks – 2021 campaign, the State Committee for Biological Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan invites those who wish to take part in the children's art competition “The World of Wildlife” (theme – “Life of Wetlands”), the competition of ecological landings “We clean the world” (cleaning of specially protected natural areas, territories of parks, squares, alleys, etc.) and a creative competition of ecological fairy tales “The Amazing World of Wetlands”.
