Forestry specialists are conducting explanatory work among the population about the peculiarities of the regime introduced in the Republic of Tatarstan to restrict the stay of citizens in forests and the entry of vehicles into them. “We are distributing information leaflets, informing citizens about the operation of the regime and reminding them about the rules of fire safety in forests, - said Ilnar Akhmetgaliev, head of the GKU RT Menzelinsky forestry. - In addition, the around-the-clock watch has been organized, and patrolling in forest areas has been strengthened to prevent the occurrence of forest fires.”
Recall that the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12.05.2021 No. 329 in the Republic of Tatarstan restricted the stay of citizens in forests and the entry of vehicles into them from May 14 to 21 calendar days. Restrictions are established with forests located on the lands of the forest fund of the republic.
According to the decree, specialists of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out work on the installation of warning notices about the introduction of a restriction and the period of its validity and the blocking of forest roads with barriers.
Fire safety in the forest in the Republic of Tatarstan is provided by 20 types II forest fire stations and 5 types III forest fire stations. Space, aviation, and ground monitoring of the fire hazardous situation in the forests is carried out, in addition, a set of measures is being taken for the fire-prevention arrangement of forests.
