Rasil Gaynanov, a teacher at the Lubyanka Forestry College, took 2nd place in the competition “The Best Labor Protection Commissioner of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan”
Today in the city of Naberezhny Chelny the final stage of the X Republican review-competition “The best labor protection commissioner of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan” took place. Recall that this competition was held by the FP RT to increase the efficiency of trade union control over employers' compliance with the legal rights and interests of workers to healthy and safe working conditions, as well as increasing the prestige and role of commissioners in monitoring working conditions and labor safety at workplaces.
For the first time in the competition from the forestry industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the teacher of the State Budgetary Educational Institution “Lubyanka Forestry College”, a member of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation, the authorized labor protection officer Rasil Gainanov took part. Olga Kalashnikova, the chairman of the republican organization of the trade union of workers of state institutions, students, and teachers of the college came to support him.
In total, 12 participants competed for the title of the best labor protection commissioner in the final. All of them demonstrated a high level of knowledge and a creative approach to promoting compliance by workers and employers with labor protection requirements.
According to the results of the competition, 2nd place was awarded to Rasil Gaynanov.
