Acceptance of applications for participation in the children's drawing competition “The Garden of Memory through the Eyes of Children” has been extended until June 5, 2021. Recall that earlier the collection of applications was planned to be completed on International Children's Day, June 1.
“Over the past couple of weeks, a surge in the number of works has been noticed, - the organizing committee of the International Action “Garden of Remembrance” reported. - We explain this by going on vacation. In addition, in many regions, the tree planting season is drawing to a close, and families decide to participate in a new format. I do not want to deprive children of the opportunity to win the main prize, in connection with which the acceptance of works will be extended until 5 June.”
According to the organizers, more than 4 thousand works from 76 constituent entities of the Russian Federation have already been submitted to the competition.
