Today, the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting on the procurement and supply of timber to the Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry LLC plant in the second half of 2021. It was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov, Head of the Property Management, Technical Development, and Labor Protection Department Niyaz Imamiyev, and others.
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov made a keynote speech on the timber shipment indicators for 5 months of this year.
Further, during the meeting, issues of timber harvesting by the subordinate institutions of the Ministry, the possibility of supplying it to the plant of Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry LLC, pricing, etc. were discussed.
