At the meeting in the videoconference mode, the Ministry discussed changes in work with LesEGAIS
Today, the Ministry hosted a videoconference meeting, which discussed changes in the work with the Unified State Automated Information System for Timber Accounting and Transactions. It was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forest rangers, directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Opening the meeting, First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov recalled that in accordance with Part 1 of Article 4 of the Federal Law dated 04.02.2021 No. 3-FZ “On Amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the legal regulation of forest relations” people who own, by right of ownership or other legal basis, places (points) of storage of wood, objects of wood processing infrastructure, are obliged to submit to the LeEGAIS operator the information provided for by paragraphs 11 and 12 of part 9 of Article 50.6 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation by July 1, 2021.
“Thus, it is necessary to enter into the system data on persons who own, by right of ownership or another legal basis, timber and timber storage sites, timber processing infrastructure facilities, the location of these places, and production facilities. It is envisaged to include information on the upper and lower warehouses, sawmilling, and woodworking shops, - said the first deputy minister. - The submission of information is carried out by entering it into the register of “Places of storage” according to the instructions posted in the “Technical support” section of the LesEGAIS website.”
At the end of the meeting, Ilgizar Zaripov said that after the revision of LesEGAIS, in the future, it is planned to enter data on machines intended for felling forest plantations and used by persons using forests, when carrying out forest conservation measures and when harvesting timber, and on vehicles carrying out transportation wood.
