Issues of digital transformation of the forestry complex were discussed in Ulyanovsk
Today in Ulyanovsk a videoconference meeting was held within the framework of the All-Russian Forum “Digital Transformation of the Forestry Complex”. It was chaired by Ivan Sovetnikov, head of the Federal Forestry Agency. The event was attended by representatives of forestry management bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov.
The participants of the meeting were greeted by the Acting Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Alexey Russkikh and the head of the Federal Forestry Agency Ivan Sovetnikov.
The keynote speeches were made by the acting Minister of Nature and Cyclical Economy of the Ulyanovsk Region Gulnara Rakhmatullina; Deputy Head of Rosleskhoz Vyacheslav Spirenkov and Chief Analyst of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Roslesinforg, Head of the Rosleskhoz project group for the implementation of the provisions of Federal Law No. 3-FZ of February 4, 2021, on the turnover of wood and wood products, Alexander Mariev.
Gulnara Rakhmatullina acquainted the participants of the event with the state of the forest industry of the Ulyanovsk region. During his speech, Vyacheslav Spirenkov dwelled on the issues of transferring public services to electronic form, and Alexander Mariev - on the modernization of LesEGAIS and the creation of a unified federal state information system of the forestry complex (FSIS LC).
