Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan: from July 1, the receipt of forest declarations, reports, and acts of forest pathological examination will be carried out exclusively in electronic form
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds us that by Part 8 of Art. 4 of the Federal Law of 04.02.2021 No. 3-FZ, from July 1, 2021, the acceptance of forest declarations, reports on the use of forests, forest protection from fires, forest protection, forest reproduction, and afforestation, forest protection from pollution and another negative impact, forest pathological acts the survey will be carried out exclusively in electronic form using a single portal of state and municipal services and a portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To make it easier for forest users to comply with the law, the Federal Forestry Agency has posted on its website the recommended forms of forest declarations, reports on the use, reproduction, conservation, and protection of forests in the form of XML documents that can be used to obtain government services. These measures are aimed at optimizing the interaction between employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, its subordinate institutions, and persons involved in the use of forests and increasing the availability of public services provided by the Ministry.
