The Ministry held a meeting via videoconference to outline the tasks for the third quarter of 2021
Today a video conference meeting was held at the Ministry, where the tasks for the 3rd quarter of 2021 were set. The meeting was chaired by Ravil Kuzyurov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Heads-forestries and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic took part in the event.
The reports were presented at the meeting by Ilgizar Zaripov and Rais Gumerov, Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ilgizar Zaripov told about the current forest fire situation in the Republic of Tatarstan. "On the territory of Tatarstan there is hot weather with high average daily temperatures, - said the First Deputy Minister. - So, according to the forecast data, high fire danger of forests is expected in the republic in some places and extraordinary fire danger of forests in some areas. According to ISDM-Rosleskhoz, 833 thermal spots have been registered in Tatarstan so far, which is 336 spots more compared to the same period last year".
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov dwelled on the issues of timber supply to the plant of LLC "Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry", changes in the work with LesEgaIS, and implementation of the Republican program for the overhaul of administrative buildings of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of RT.
"Following the Federal Law No. 3-FZ as of February 4, 2021, it was required to add to LesEgaIS until July 1 data on people owning timber and timber storage areas, timber processing infrastructure facilities, as well as their location and production capacities, - said Rais Gumerov. - After finalization of the system it is planned to input data on machines intended for cutting forest plantations and used by persons executing forest utilization when realizing forest conservation and harvesting of timber as well as on vehicles for transportation of timber".
The last question on the agenda was the progress of the admission campaign to the Lubyansky State Forestry College. First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov informed about the peculiarities of admission to the college in 2021.
Ravil Kuzyurov, Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, summed up the results of the meeting. He gave some instructions to heads of subordinate institutions of the Ministry, connected with patrolling of lands of the forest fund, fulfillment of a complex of measures on forest firefighting, and others. "The main reason for the occurrence of forest fires is a violation of fire safety rules in forests. Therefore, it is necessary to continue systematic explanatory work among the population", - he emphasized.
