The Ministry discussed priority areas of trade union activities
Today the seminar conference on the topic "The priority directions of the trade union activity" was held at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was attended by Elmira Shagaeva, the Ministry's business manager, Albina Nafikova, deputy chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Union of Government Organizations and Public Services Employees of Russia, Natalia Tyukaeva, head of the department of organizational work at the Ministry, chairman of the primary trade union organization, chairpersons and members of trade unions of subordinate agencies.
The seminar meeting was opened by Elmira Shagaeva, the manager of affairs. "Trade unions have an important role in the formation of a system of effective social partnership. Trade unions also unite employees to solve common issues, urgent and important problems. That's why we will pay special attention to the trade-union work in future", - she said.
Then Nafisa Sharipova, Human Resources Specialist of the SCU RT "Zelenodolsky forestry", and Alevtina Sogorina, Forest Preservation and Protection Engineer of the SCU RT "Elabuzhsky forestry", made their reports. They told about the work of the primary trade union organizations they lead, the activities undertaken, the implemented measures of social support for trade union members, and others.
After that Albina Nafikova introduced the participants of the meeting with the social trade union programs aimed at improving the health of trade union members and their families.
Natalia Tyukaeva summarized the seminar meeting. She informed the participants about the work results for the 1st half of 2021 and tasks for the forthcoming period. She particularly informed that the Ministry and Tatarstan organization of the Trade Union of Employees of State Agencies and Public Services announced a contest "Head and Chair of Trade Union Organization - Social Partners in Labor" among subordinate agencies of the Ministry. "In addition, a charity event "Help to get ready for school" and other socially important events are planned," said Natalia Tyukaeva.
At the end of the meeting, the winners of the republican contest "The best collective agreement" were awarded.
