Specialists of the forest industry of the republic improve their qualifications
Forestry sector specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan are undergoing advanced training courses. "With the aim of system development of forestry complex and increase of efficiency of works on protection, protection, and reproduction of forests the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan pays special attention to formation and perfection of human resources potential of the branch, - told Elvira Ziyatdinova, the head of the sector on public service and personnel issues of the Ministry. - The priorities of the personnel policy are professional training, retraining, and advanced training of employees in educational institutions, creation of conditions for disclosure of their abilities and skills, and assistance in professional growth. So, for example, for the first half of 2021, 12 people were trained - these are civil servants of the Ministry, employees of forestries and forestry enterprises of the republic".
The training was organized based on the All-Russian Institute of Advanced Training for Forestry Managers and Specialists and the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Elvira Ziyatdinova added.
