Temporary restriction of forest visiting was introduced in Tatarstan
Due to the high class of fire danger in the forests by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of RT from 09.07.2021 № 553 in the Republic of Tatarstan by 21 calendar days from July 9 restricting stay in the forests and vehicles entering them. The restrictions are established for the forests, located on the lands of the republic forest fund.
The forestry specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out works on the installation of warning signs on the introduction of the restriction, the period of its validity, and the closure of forest roads with barriers.
To ensure fire safety in the forests, 24/7 duty is organized in the subordinate institutions of the Forestry Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan, increased patrolling in the forest areas, temporary posts will also be formed in the places of mass attendance of forests on weekends. In general, firefighting forces and means, including reserve firefighting means, are fully prepared for prompt response to forest fires.
Let us remind that 20 forest fire stations of II type and 5 forest fire stations of III type are providing forest fire safety in the Republic of Tatarstan. Space, aviation, and ground monitoring of fire situations in the forests are conducted, besides, a complex of measures on forest firefighting is carried out.
