Specialists of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Nurlatskiy forestry enterprise" took part in the professional skills competition for the title "The Best Feller - 2021"
On the territory of the Nolkinsky forest area (Republic of Mari El), a republican competition of professional skills for the title "The best feller - 2021" was held. The competition was attended by 34 participants from 9 constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Mari El, Tatarstan, Chuvashia, Udmurtia, Karelia, Bryansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad, and Moscow regions. Tatarstan was presented by the team of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Nurlatsky forestry".
The contestants were greeted by the Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Mari El Alexey Kiselev, Rector of the Volga State Technological University Igor Petukhov, and others.
During the competition, its participants completed several tasks on felling a tree, replacing a chainsaw chain, crosscutting a log with a combined cut, delimbing, and also passed the "relay race".
It is worth noting that experts from Tatarstan acted as judges - Deputy Head of the Property Management, Technical Development, and Labor Protection Department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Nizamiev, leading consultants of the department Rinaz Mukhametzyanov, Ilfir Gibadullin, and director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Forest Fire Center" Aydar Gaifullin.
